HEALING THROUGH SIGHT

More enhanced images and information coming soon

For the very first time, an unparalleled insight into the cosmos of healing. 79 encyclopedic Tibetan medical paintings.  Healing through sight.

Through the senses, the human mind has various paths through which it receives messages from the outside world.  The eyes are the nearest entrance to the brain.  Through sight, many emotions and thoughts are created.  The eyes are one of the most important paths to the human mind.  Many masters of the mind have described the eyes as the light of the body.  The messages received through the eyes are universal and free flowing.  Colours and shapes are the language of the eyes and paintings are one of the many forms of this language.

In Tibetan healing tradition, The Cosmos of the medicine Buddha consists of 79 paintings which stimulate healing energy in the mind.  All human actions and emotions commence in the brain and similarly sickness also starts to influence the body through the mind.  All human actions and emotions commence in the brain and similarly sickness also starts to influence the body through the mind.  Doubting and thinking oneself sick are the first stages of illness, leading toward lowered vitality which influence the condition of the body.

The present series of 79 medical paintings has been created with the hope of spreading healing energy through a Tibetan traditional art which is little known in Western countries.  The modern Western world of medicine deals with body and mind separately.  On coming to the West I found that there is an abundance of material wealth but starvation of the spirit, as distinct from Eastern countries where spirituality still thrives but people are starved of material comfort.  Sickness flourishes when there is an imbalance between spirit, mind and body.  Health is the greatest wealth which one can have.
